Price Drop Navigon 5100 GPS BNIB $265 shipped
Just scored a deal for a few of these. They are BNIB.
If you don't know much about GPS's, this is the new brand that is finally offering what people are asking for. Real Time Traffic updates, Orally says street names, Shows road signs and speed limits...see link for more
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....#productdetail
Comes w/ car charger and mount.
Lowest price on Froogle.com is $350 plus shipping.
My price is $265 shipped , $520 for two, PM me if you want more than two. If you see a better deal somewhere, please let me know. I'm trying to drastically undercut everywhere else, but tell me in a PM so I can verify it please.
The 1st picture is me attempting to show you that the box is still sealed, while looking as sketchy as possible :sneaky:
I still have a couple Magellan Roadmate 1200's for sale for $135 shipped also.
I have the receipt as well, PM me if you want to see a copy of it

Sounds good. Just to advertise for myself:
This one gives you live traffic updates. Other GPS companies make you pay a monthy fee on top of having to have sirius / XM for their traffic updates....This one is free. Other companies make you pay for software updates like annual map updates, etc. This one, free. I also prefer the screen display and over all looks of this but that is only my opinion. OK, advertising done. Hopefully you can cancel that order!

do you have one that you actively use? only things im seeing in the reviews that im not liking are its slow to acquire satellites sometimes, smaller screen than others, and no repair support in the US yet.... but, the traffic and screen display are def. better than the competition

I have an Avic D3 (in dash). I drive back and forth between Ny and Md every weekend (school to home) and I love having the GPS. Then my mom got the Navigon 5100 about 3 weeks ago. Since then, I basically took it over. Even though my Avic has twice as large of a screen, I really enjoy the layout of the Navigon and the traffic alone makes it a must have. So I am probably going to end up keeping one for myself, even though I already have a GPS haha.
As for slow to acquire satellites, I have only heard that to be true from the 2100. The 5100 and 7100 are supposed to be better and I have never noticed a problem with the 5100 so double check to see which product that person was talking about. People might have also confused the 2100 and 5100. I guess for $300 you could get one w/ a bigger screen but basically it's bigger screen vs. traffic, better display, free updates (costs others $50 ish)
My dad has the 7100 (same thing as 5100 but bigger screen) but my mom does not like it because it takes up too much windshield space in her car. Something else to think about
