I paid for this ring on Monday as per our PM's. I'm wondering why you will not respond to my PM's confirming shipment? I didn't think this would be a problem
since you have a good trader rating.

Please either confirm that you have shipped the ring or refund my money. Hopefully this can be resolved today.
