Default How many Boise area folks on here? Boise performance & tuning shops?
Might be moving up there sometime soon and curious what there is in the way of LSX based performance shops and tuning.

You're not going to find any shops like there are in TX that are LS based. Most the stuff out here is old school.

He has lots of experience with ALL years of Camaros and Vettes. He has built C4, C5, C6 Vette race cars for me.

Hey man, theres not a bunch of LS based shops here in Boise. Kimbles as mentioned above i would say is the 1 choice. The only thing he doesnt do which sucks, is tuning. Another shop is Performance solutions. The owners name is Matt. He knows his ****. He tunes using HP Tuners but i havent heard any feed back on the quality of his tuning. The last shop in the valley here is Restoration Rods. He is a CMR dealer for Diablosport. He does good work but i have heard negative things about his customer service.

Powerlabs has an in-ground dyno. I can't remember the name of it but thats where I drove to get my Z06 tuned in november.

LS tuning does seem to be minimal around here... I know emissions bs is making me look for land in Montana

I feel you I'm from FL so noise can get you in trouble gotta love the 5-0.

Haha.. well Boise has just gotten to big for me... and getting your registration revoked because you cant get by emmissions gets real old after awhile.
