Road trip from NC to Oregon Coast In a few weeks my wife and I will be leaving Asheville, NC in our T/A to visit family in Portland, OR. Really looking forward to a cross country trip and we will be coming up via the northern CA coast into Oregon before heading to Portland. We do have time, no rushing, so what experiences can you share with us that maybe we can enjoy as well. Great stops, restaurants, etc... We have the AAA stuff but that never covers what the locals know best.
