How "Good" are you looking for?
A 300hp build or 3500hp build?
More info on the project is needed.

Well, after doing some research I found that a 383 is a bit impractical for my goals. Instead I'm going to rebuild the bottom-end (keep stock crank though) and go with a solid head/cam. Looking for 450rwhp.

So in this particular case, I guess I'm just looking for a place that can check for round on the crank, give it a good polish, and I may try and do the bearing installs myself.
