Default West Coast Shootout Woodburn Drag April 16th






This is going to be an awesome event to race at or attend. The organizers said they will make an effort to make cars who don't quite fit in a written class work ...such as my Natural aspirated , stock suspension GTO.
Check out the Facebook page or I can answer some questions here but i'm just a participant not the organizer !

Damn, first ET series points race that day at Pacific. I want to get down to Woodburn this year for some racing.

This race is all I can think of.

In addition to all the great classes, we also get to see Outlaw 10.5 and 275 radial cars! The entire season is filled with great events.

Nice, i am about to get my block work done for the lq4 i bought from gotboostracing a while back.

This looks like a fun event, is there going to be any place for slow stock cars like mine? or better to just spectate?

They have a bracket class. I plan on running All Motor Street .

-Any FWD or AWD 4 cylinder and any RWD 6 cylinder.
-Tube chassis allowed.

STREET FRONT WHEEL DRIVE (SFWD)

FORCED INDUCTION STREET

-One piece front ends prohibited.
- Tail lights and head lights required.
-3 piece front ends allowed
-Doors must open and close from both sides.
-All seats (front and back), door panels, dash, and carpet (front and back) must remain inside vehicle.
-Must have glass windows no lexan windows allowed.
-Full tube chassis not allowed.
-Wheelie bars are not allowed.
-Turbochargers (62.9 mm single turbo limit for vehicles on slicks, 67.9 mm single turbo limit for AWD 4 cylinder, 67.9 mm single turbo limit for 1.6L motors and vehicles on DOT tires, 47.9mm limit for twin turbo setups except 3.8L 6 cylinder motors limited to stock twins), superchargers, and Nitrous allowed.
-Air to water intercoolers allowed.
-FWD, AWD, or RWD allowed.
- Aftermarket straight axles not allowed.
-Slicks for FWD only (limit 25).
-DOT approved tires required for AWD and RWD.

- Dash must remain on vehicle.
-Must retain factory chassis.
-Wheelie bars and straight axles not allowed.
-Import may run 4 and 6 cylinder as well as rotary motors.
-No power adders allowed.
-Nitrous not allowed.
-FWD or RWD allowed.
-Any transmission allowed.
-Any exhaust is allowed.
-Any DOT approved tires. Slicks limited to 25.0 for FWD and 26.0 for RWD applications.

ALL MOTOR EXTREME RULES FOR DOMESTICS

BODY: Any year vehicle is allowed. Lightweight components are limited to hood, front fenders, decklid, hatches, sunroofs, wings, ground effects, and bumpers only. Roof, Quarter panels, and doors must remain steel. One-piece front ends are not permitted. No body parts may be removed during competition.
CHASIS: All cars must retain complete stock chassis, floorboard, firewall, and frame rails. Notching of chassis for clearance is permitted. Aftermarket “K” members are permitted.
SUSPESION: All cars must utilize stock front and rear suspension and mounts. Aftermarket front control arms, rear control arms, and sub-frame connectors are permitted. Aftermarket struts and shocks are permitted. Ladder bars, four links, and wheelie bars are prohibited on all cars.
Lights: Headlights and brake lights are required (one headlight may be removed for induction).
WINDOWS: All windows must be OEM glass.
Interior: Stock dashboard and full interior from front seats forward is required (passenger seat may be removed). Aftermarket seats, gauges, and interior are permitted.
EXHAUST: Exhaust may exit anywhere.
ELECTRONICS: Two-steps, data loggers, aftermarket ECU’s, and engine management systems are allowed.
SHIFTER: Shifter must be H-pattern. Strain gauges are permitted. Air shifters are prohibited.
FUEL:Alcohol is prohibited.
TIRES: Maximum size slick or bias ply tire is 28.0” x 11.5”. Any size DOT radial tire is permitted, except 315/60/15, 325/50/15, 295/55/15 or 295/60/15.
-Domestics limited to 380 ci max

RON Just run the vett in all motor street. I already know of a z06 that plans on running in that class. Mike if you switched to all motor street you'd stand a good chance at taking the cash!
