Stolen 1969 Camaro convertible
Our friends' 1969 Camaro convertible was stolen from their locked garage yesterday. This was in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, but they live only minutes from the border.
It is a blue convertible, with black interior and a black top. It is badged as a 307, but actually has a 350. It is an automatic. It has the standard (non RS) grill with exposed headlights, and rally wheels.
The car was stolen without keys, and was damaged as it was dragged out of the garage, so it will have scraped paint.
The car had British Columbia collector plates, B42-900. The VIN and plates are on the police system as stolen.
Anyone buying parts for a 1969 Camaro in the PNW should be vigilant, as the thieves may part the car out.
Please keep an eye out for this beloved car, owned by super nice people.
