Default FS: Beater '98-'00 OEM WS6 Wheels

Well, I have all 11 wheels here now... I'm taking the 6 cleanest ones for myself, and will sell off two sets of wheels at $200/pair.

These are the genuine GM wheels, not a replica.

I was hoping to get a set of clean wheels out of all of these, but between the 11 there isn't one wheel that doesn't have an issue. All of the wheels have at least a little bit of curb rash, except one - which has a big blemish in the finish. I wanted to sell 4 wheels as a set, but I don't have enough spare wheels to put together a set that would look good.

Two wheels that I am selling have very mild curb rash... it's not very visible.. but the clear coat is peeling off of the wheels. If you wanted to crash the bucks to have them resprayed, they could look nice.

The other two wheels have nasty curb rash, but are straight and the finish on them still looks nice.

Drop me a PM if you're interested.

Pics of the wheels...

First set...

Wheel #1 - Minor curb rash, and peeling clearcoat on three spokes...

Wheel #2 - No real curb rash, but clear coat is peeling on all 5 spokes.

Second set...

Selling these without the tires.

Wheel #1 - Finish is in nice shape, but there is some healthy curb rash on it.

Wheel #2 - Finish also nice, but it also has a pretty good curb hit on it.

And this is the odd wheel out that I figured no one would want... It has peeling clearcoat and a pretty solid hit to the edge. The lip is chewed up pretty good, but it doesn't appear to have damaged the bead surface.

I recognize some of those wheels.

Hey, they might look good on that lawn mower back there.

that would look pretty nuts... would be a bitch to mow the lawn with it...

But yeah, the way it's working out... I ended up with three sets of wheels, and there's at least one wheel from each set going on the car. The 4th wheel is from the set I bought from the classifieds here, as are the two wheels that I'm using for drag radial. They all have a little bit of curb rash, but the finish is at least decent on all of the ones I kept.

I wish I could keep the ones with the peeling clearcoat and have them refinished, because they're clean enough that is all it would take to make them look like new.

Bump. Still available.

If you wanted a good set of wheels, they're all pretty easily repairable... with a little effort they could look brand new and it would definitely cost you less than a brand new set.

Another bump!

Would like to move some of these, they take up too much space in my garage.

I also have a set of stock Firebird 16x8 twisty wheels with Kuhmo 712's on them I will sell.

I'm gonna be in Atlanta at the end of the month, won't be back until around June 3rd or 4th.

But I'll hang on to a set of them if you want them. Would you prefer curbed, or peeling clearcoat?
