it does look like he did it on purpose. first time at the track? first time in a relatively fast car? first time for both? missed 4th and hit 2nd?

The back end basically locks up/spins the tires slower than he is moving, the back end swings around. Kinda like when you do a e-brake spin out.

that happened to me once doin lik 15-25mph in the rain turning into the mountlake 9 in my old 67 mustang, it has a C4 in it and the tranny shifted mid turn and locked up the rear end next thing I know I'm looking at the gas station that was behind me lol.

Ouch, that car just BOUNCED off the wall. That's gotta suck, but it could have been way worse, especially if the 05 GT was faster than it's predecessor..

I think we SHOULD be allowed to drag race in the rain They let us road race, why not drag race ? It would take some skill huh ? lol !
