Default Suspension Advice

Hey everyone, its been a while. I been so busy with school and work lately, my free time has been stretched pretty thin. Anyways back on subject... I would like to drop the SS about 1 inch and make it handle better in the twisties. Basically make it look a better, and make it a little more fun around town. What do you think I should get?

A Corvette.

Just kidding. I love my Eibachs and Billsteins. They are tight around corners and respond well on launches. They stiffen the ride quite a bit from stock though and they lowered my car closer to 2 inches.

With that SS, I would try for something to keep the rake.

Whatsup Aaron? LONG time buddy....

SLP springs drop it 1/2 to 3/4". Eibach Pros drop it 1"+. And he other EIbach kit is 1 3/4"+. Then you need shocks to get the ride back. Bilstein re-valved are a my choice if you want to get serious about cornering. Konis up front if I recall correctly. Then you can think about bigger sway bar(s)....front for sure. And then there is poly bushings. And then......Bill or Boyce can tell you more if you want to go farther.

Go check out Strano Parts or LG Motorsports

I use Bilstein BTS kit for front and rears [springs and shocks]
also changed my front anti-sway bar with suspension techniques

it feels perfect, strongly recommend

Sweet, thanks for the info guys. What is the difference between normal Bilstein shocks, and re-valved Bilsteins? Ive also heard that Bilsteins are designed with the stock ride height in mind, is this true?
