Front Brakes on z28

Front Brakes on z28
OK need to replace rotors and pads on the Z28. Pretty much narrowed it down to the autozone durastop rotors for 40 a piece and some ceramic pads for 50. Would it be worth it to order a set of Hawks HPS ceramics for 80 instead?
The autozone stuff has warranty which I've found they have always been good about warrantying which is why I'm leaning to the autozone pads.
Any thoughts experiences? I'm looking for decent quality for a daily driver the autocross guys like these rotors but they seem to think the Hawk pads are the shiznit..

Every aftermarket pad I have bought from an Auto Zone type place never lasted over 40k miles. I have bought the better ones cheeper ones you name it. All stop the same to me.

Durastops dust like crazy. You'll be washing your wheels off every day They do stop well however. I'd either go with the Hawk's or the stock GM pads if it were me.
edit: Oh, you were talking about durastop rotors Truthfully a large percentage of the fbody road racers run these rotors and say they last and resist cracking better than OEM rotors + they're cheap !

I bought some front rotors & pads from iRotors here on the board... they look good, and the pads they sent with them (I believe the brand name is Axxis) do a good job of stopping... plus after the first day, there's almost no dust at all.

Plus I think it was $200 shipped for the front rotors & pads, so it wasn't too bad of a price.

HMMM that isn't that bad of a price, I'm paying about 120 for the setup I have picked out now... Dammit I wish you wouldn't have told me that I'm sending an email now to see if that price is still good
