Default Anybody know? Vacuum question

Have a shop manuel but can't find out how many lbs of
vacuum an LS1 is suppose to generate with stock cam.
I'm trying to find out if I need to add an electric booster
pump to improve what I think is pretty poor brake performance.

Thanks in advance...

Like almost all stock vehicles.....19 inches (in park or clutch depressed if manual)....The car manuals will only give a reference number. As engines wear, the vacuum will decrease slighty...If it's less than 18 and it's stock something is wrong....Leak, mechanical issue, larger cam and such....

I think my car runs around 16 with a hot cam....memory is bad.....OLD-timers disease.
