Borrow HP Tuners

I'm going to get a laptop day after thanksgiving, and I'm wondering if I can borrow someones HP Tuner program so that I can see if I like it before I buy it. Is all that is included is the cable and program?

Yep, a program disk & cable (with the id dongle inside it) is all you get.
