Dyno Results
Well, the short story is I hit my goal. 506.5 rwhp & 498.8 rwtq SAE!
The long story is on the 1st pass it was a little lean, and was at 510 rwhp & 516 rwtq. So we started richening things up at high rpms, leaning them out down low, and made it stay in 3rd gear. The 1st pass only lasted about 3 seconds.
I think we made 5-6 pulls, so it was pretty close when we got there. But it definitely runs out of fuel pump above ~ 5500 rpm. No matter what we did, the inj duty cycle rose & the a/f started to lean out. Nothing dangerous, I can make a pass or 2 at the track with it this way. But I will need to install a Racetronix, my 3.40 gears, and some better tires before I get serious.
Bottom line I gained 121 rwhp & 95 rwtq @ 6 psi. (145 hp & 135 tq over the old motor) Oh, and at the motor it works out to 690+ hp & 680+ tq now. (or + 200 in both categories) YEAH BABY!!!
I'll try to post the graph later.....

Sweet! You're gonna be kicking some major rear at the track this year, Mark!
I think if my Camaro wanted to keep within site of those taillights of yours, I'd have to hook up the 150 jets and cut some weight outta the car. Like maybe let Doug drive instead of me, that's worth 100+lbs right there.

Thanks guys! Yeah yeah Jason, your car is SO slow, you'd better sell it.... I think your NO2 system would bring you right up with me. HP is HP, no matter where it comes from. As for racing you Brian, I might actually be able to give you a race now. Should be a fun year. When it comes to Ellis, well that's a different story. You shouldn't pick on.....oooops
And here is the dyno chart.....looks like the car might run pretty good if I can get traction. The converter flashes to about 3700, the car shifts at 6500, and the shift extension only falls back down around 4300. (this is Mark btw)

Jimbob put down 527 lbs of tq with the stall unlocked!!!
Here is the HP Tuner log chart of the "official" run. You can see the inj duty cycle starts to climb at 5500. But the O2s were still over 900mV, so the PCM was able to adjust.....

Suprising numbers especially for how it sounds at idle; some sort of major vaccum leak or a belt slipping. Your not going to pull up next him at a light and not know something is lurking under the hood.

So can I say "I hate you" even more now?
Seriously, sweet numbers dude, I am impressed. When do you plan to replace the fuel pump and will that equal more power or just the ability to properly fuel the power you already have?

Yeah, RIIIIIGHT sardog......
I don't think the new pump would make any more power. But it would make it safer at the track where it will be under boost for 11 seconds instead of 5 on the dyno. It should help the power stay up at higher rpms where these pumps can't maintain pressure. It would also allow me to put a smaller pulley on in case I can only run a low 11 with this setup. (which is where I figure I'll be IF I can hook the tires)
