How much difference in ET when going from a 3200 stall to 3600?

How much difference in ET when going from a 3200 stall to 3600?
Just curious, about to drop my tranny and seeing whether it's worth swapping out will I'm down there.
On a side note: 3.42s will be going in as well.

All things being equal, I'd say a tenth, maybe 2. But the answer is dependent on too many variables Rey. Which converter do you have, and which one are you thinking about replacing it with? Each mfr's stalls, and each of their models, can react differently. Some are designed for stock motors, some for nitrous, some for boost, some are loose, others are tight, etc. So it all depends.
And then there is your car. Is the suspension setup to handle the extra thump at launch? Will the tires hold it? What's your power band and what is the shift extension for each stall? Etc etc. But if those answers are good, and you are going from say a Yank SS3200 to a Yank SS3600, I stand by my initial answer.
That said, the 3.42s will increase your torque load on launch quite a bit, so a little higher stall might not do much at all for you. You might just end up over-powering your tires.

Mark's got some good comments on there. Even if you get tires up to the level required to put the power down... do you want axles to potentially become a consumable? I'll bet 3600 and slicks could put you in that category. Take a look around and see where the suspension/drivetrain components start breaking on the C5. Research the " x hp w/ x stall" damage reports.
Got to keep the street factor in mind as well. A 3600 stall is getting up there toward "race car" and not as street friendly in my opinion. I went with a SS3200 for my Corvette project for that very reason. I want FUN street/strip --- not FUN Strip and a little street.
