Default How do you remove the pilar peices?

How do you remove the pilar peices? Havent really looked at it yet so I figured I would ask.

Are you talking about the a-pillar piece? I'm pretty sure you just take the t-top off and take out the 2 screws holding it there at the top, and then you just pull it off. I think that is the only thing you have to do, but I haven't done it for over a year when I installed my radar detector.

Yep just remove the t-top screws and pull out towards the dash. It is mostly clipped in.

Why are you removing it? (pillar pods install over the stock pieces)

I dont have any pods yet been looking at them but not sure if I'll use them. I dont want the tweets facing me and all the pods I've seen face towards the driver. I was thinking about modifying mine. My tweets are real small and shallow, it wont take much mount them.

Called the dealer in case I screw one up. They are $69/peice and the rear flash panels are actualy cheaper(mine are ok just checking). I like my interior to be spotless and look new. The xterior I cant do much about when they spread gravel on the roads to act as sandblasting while you drive.
