Default The vette and LQ4/LS6 hybrid is ALIVE

And she sounds angry!

She has a 6.0 truck block and bottom end
ARE ported LS1 heads (300 cfm flow)
CC 232/238 114 LSA .600 lift camshaft
LS6 intake
Z06 Exhaust manifolds and oil pan
4L60E that fully built
Dana 44 rear diff

The car's been down since November... and I changed my mind on the L98 rebuild in January. Started amassing parts for the project then. On June 21st at about 10:00 am she was alive. You can read about the build here:

Nice man! So are you planning to take it to the track soon? What "little stuff" is there left to finish up?

Lots of little stuff. Gotta get the tach and speedo working. Probably have ot do new mufflers, too. It's very loud! At 900 rpm idle you can feel a strong breeze at 6 feet...

She'll dyno long before she hits the track. And once she hits the track she'll get kicked off! It'll be a good deal faster/quicker than its tech legal for

Nice. You've put a lot of work into it. Must feel good to get it to this point.

Looks like he cut and pasted it from another website not realizing that it had put the ... in the URL to shorten it.

This is what it SHOULD be: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1303477
