Need help with cleaning up an old photo...
I have a pic from the 70's of my dad's front engine dragster that is of coarse looking a little old. It is in color but not too 'vibrant'. Also, I don't have a good scanner so where should I scan it? So can someone maybe help clean it up so I can frame it for my dad?

If you're going to print this it's very important you scan it at the highest resolution possible.
Re coloring it is a bit tough, but scratches and tears aren't really that bad unless it's missing a large area of the photo of course.

Its out of your way but there is a photo place on Lake City Way that takes a picture of the picture, develops a negative then you can have it reprinted in high resolution. I took in pictures going back to the early 1900's from family, they made negatives and reprinted them like they were, just more crisp.
I'll look em' up if you want to go that far but they are the only ones that handle photos with gloves and stuff to keep them from further damage.
