Default You asked for it - My new baby (car) 56k BEWARE

2007 Red Jewel Tintcoat (stupid way to say the color changes) Trailblazer SS All Wheel Drive with the LS2.

Picked her up Sunday for a steal. Fully loaded (Navigation, Sunroof, Heated front seats, XM radio, Rear Seat DVD complete with remote control & wireless headphones, etc - also plays video games ) and runs like a raped ape. Feels faster then my modded WS6 even though she weighs 4600+ lbs.

Anyway, the pics aren't the best quality due to lighting and the fact that there was a sheet of ice melting off it right before I took some of the pics and some are from my cell phone camera.

Best part of the color is that it changes in different lighting.

Go eat some WRX or something with that thing, show them what AWD really is about!

Those things are beasts, wonder what other tricks the general has up his sleeve.

Nice ride Rott!!

Ya know, I'd be willing to bet that your black ZR1's would bolt right up, if you still have them. Those would look badass on there IMO.....

Nope not gonna work. Camaro, Vettes, etc. (GM rear wheel drive cars) are 5 on 4 3/4 where as his is a 6 bolt pattern like the half tons and other small/mid size pick ups and SUV's

Stupid 6 lugs lol...

There's always adapters which are cheaper than new wheels.....

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback!!!

Sadly not only do I no longer have the black ZR1's but they are 17" wheels and the STOCK wheel size on this beast is 20" rims with 255/50ZR-20 tires. Not too mention the 5-6 lug difference.

And the first mod has already been mentioned by somone here......TINT the front door windows. The rest are already nicely tinted from the factory. As for performance mods, no clue, prolly a CAI, catback, headers & a tune. But for this thing is waaaaay expensive.

Kick ***! That's a badass truck there! 20" rims stock? Damn you are lucky that thing is AWD, burning rubber and paying for new tires would suck, have you priced out a set yet?

Gracias hombre.

Prior to purchase, I had seen exactly 2 on the road........zero since I bought it Sunday. But I like having something a lil different.

They definitely are not drag race machines without some work.....but they are loads of fun and have the potential for a LOT of improvements!!!!!

Might even wash it for Saturday.

It is nice having the AWD, TCS & Stabilitrak........no burning rubber for this kid.

And I haven't priced out stock replacements yet for the tires.........as for the wheels, unless I see something that just totally rocks my world, I am happy leaving the stockers on for now.
