Thats it, I think I need to sell my sole to the devil for this one. That thing is Going to be a beast. I thought I heard rumors that it was lapping the Nurbergring faster then the Enzo. I might be wrong though.

Let's hope that engine performs better than it looks!

And Boyce dusted an Enzo on 520 with his SS, so I would hope this thing would be able to.

I don't think it was an Enzo. If memory serves it was an F430.

Enzo's have around 650hp.

See, thats why I thought it beat the enzo's time because that about what the LS9 should be putting out. The ZO6 beat the F430's time.

P.S. Oh I see you were talking about Boyce.

And you think the LS1 looks good? They will probebly throw an engine cover on that thing, which to me would be worse.

I'll take one. I am sure the engine bay will be dressed up for production, as the test mules allways look bad. An Enzo killer I am sure!

If I'm going to loose my job for something, that would be the best reason. I am sure he made a GRIP of cash selling those photos and the thrill of riding in that car just once would be worth the crummy warehouse job.

Yeah, I guess I'm getting too old or something. Cuz if I paid $100k for a car, I'd want people to go OOooooh-AAaaahhh when I opened the hood. Not WTF IS THAT?!

Not to say I wouldn't like to have one of them, but if I did get one I'd be working on the engine bay the day I drove it home.

Sucks for the viper bump power to 600 and then you gotta SS corvette doing the same thing. Except this time it will probably be the vette with better low end due to the SC. I wonder how much this car will weigh though obviously a few lbs over the Z06 you got to figure the weight of the SC and all the other stuff that goes along with it. The block might actually weight a little more because of the extra wall thickness but then again that is probably negligible or even off set by the other differences in the rotating assembly.

The article posted above actually said it should weigh less than the Z06 due to more extensive carbon fibre and polycarbonate.

I didn't even see that just skimmed through it. That would be amazing but truthfully I'm a little skeptical about it weighing less than the Z06. Either way its will be one of the fastest productions cars around, even if it does end up outweighing its little brother by a few lbs.

news on some svt forums said that the shipping clerk that took those pictures is in jail, and GM has been contacting websites forcing them to remove any pictures of it or they will sue.

how they could sue? im not sure, but apparently there is something illegal?

Even if they put an LSX block in there, it will still be considerably faster than it's N/A bro - 100lbs vs 100hp (& I'm sure that's pretty conservative unless they're only making 3-4 psi)
