Link didnt work. You need it for a window switch? I tapped into it right off the TB. Mine was brittle though and I had breakage issues so Tom replaced the connector and spliced back far enough to where we found good wire to connect to.

The purple wire coming from the PCM? And the PCM is in the passanger fender well correct?

What pins do I need to look at? I don't understand what a pin is.

Jon, I'd be carefull following the above advice without varifing it yourself. I'm not sure if the TPS wire colors are the same on the corvette's and F-bodies. Could be bad if you just blindly go and attach the switch to some random colored wire.

I have a wiring diagram at home I'll try to find.

the wireing diragram will explain all that to you... its proabably pretty hard to find and since ls1s use the same pcm i dont know why the color would be any difrent but you need to know the pin number for shure because i am not exactly shure if its the same as an f-body........do a search.

Okay thanks. Beer99 who has a 99 C5 told me the corvette TB TPS wire is blue. He also attached a photo of it. I may go that route.

Oh...........I think I get it. The wiring diagram is on the PCU or next to the PCM? And that will show what wire is what, kind of like the fuse box shows what fuse is for what.

Is that correct?
