Default It's BAAACK (NOT paging Ellis)

I changed the plugs back to Autolite AR94s, got the MSD coils installed, tweaked the tune back to where it was, and I'll be dipped in **** if the car don't right right again.

I'm still waiting on plug wire ends to finish the deal but I think it's good to go for the PR class. I am anxious to get it dyno tuned again to see where it is now, but until I get the 2 bar HPTuner & a Cobalt MAP I won't be ready for that. (gonna order some new O2 sensors too....they seemed to have taken a hit also)

Oh, Ellis, I think we should have Danny build that new 3rd member up sooner rather than later. It pulls HARD from 20mph in 2nd gear. So I think the taller gears are in order.

Good to hear things are working out. It's amazing how it can be something so simple.

Trust me, Steve, it's worth the wait.

Glad to hear it will be running smooth for the class, Mark. Can't wait to have it pass me in the track car .

IF this friggin rain ever quits, I'll be glad to give you a ride Steve. I need to give you your floor tiles back too.

And I finally got the straight poop on HALs. They don't make rear coil overs yet. But their shocks will hold any spring rate I want to put on them. So I'm probably only going to replace the fronts and use the springs Ellis has. But Burkhart offered me a deal on the set, so we can talk again about what you want to do & the new price including new rear shocks. I hope to have money from this coming paycheck. I'm going down to Boeing Field for a test this morning.....you going to be free at noon?

As for passing you Howard, I'm not sure how agressive I'll be in that class. I want to learn how to take corners more than I want to impress people with my straightaway speed. I'll let the instructor tell me how fast he wants me to go.

And now the new plug wires are on....between my new Accel plug wire crimping tool (best $55 I EVER SPENT) & Ellis' trick for getting the coil boots to slide on, it wasn't a bad job. (the last time I tried this I ruined 3 wires & gave up.....dielectric grease works MUCH better than WD-40) Slowly but surely the Big Red Pig gets ready for race day.

Oh, and I got my new Eagle F1s on the rear too. They're FAT!

If the door is open & I don't answer, I'm in the back yard. Or should I just leave the keys in it for you Todd?

I can picture Mark in the Hot tub with a cigar then hearing his car fire up.

My guess even with his bad back he could move pretty fast.

Um, sure, LEAVE THE KEYS!

The next time I will start knocking on windows to see if you are home...hope you do not have a naked room downstairs or something...

Yes, I rang the door bell. I almost took the car tour myself but figured it would be better if you did it so I would not miss the huge list of mods you put on since the last time I saw the car.

I fogot the name of the movie where Terry Bradshaw had the "Naked Room", in his house...I guess this happens when the kids all move out, lol.

I remember. Too funny, I'm gonna tell your daughter about this fantasy of yours.

And with the car the way it is now (rear tires with tread on them and raised up 1/2" in front so it doesn't bottom in turns) you'd probably be too embarrased to even ride in it much less drive it Todd. It IS running pretty good tho...the MSD coils & plug wires made a difference!

So was the title of this post a stab at when I was crying out for Ellis's help?

Note: I have done it too, so don't get all sensitive on me.
