I had problems with my NX purge solonoid and couldn't get NX to help me either. Luckily I bought my kit including purge through nitro dave and he had me send it to him and he dealt with the problem.
I got a new NX purge and haven't had any problems with this one since. Nitro Dave rules!!!

nitro daves told me to call "Craig" at nx,
I've left several messages,
gotten no return calls
