The UPS tag on the box it came in says the whole exhaust weighs 54 lbs, but that also includes the i-pipe, tips, mounting hardware, and the box it came in. I'd say this one piece is about 30-35 lbs.

Suprisingly, not much. It's still relatively quite, but does have a nice low rumble to it now. At WOT it sounds sweet as hell. I really like it. Of course, the quietness is going to last about as long as it takes to get my headers and y-pipe on it.

Very funny.

BTW.. do you realize that once I get everything together, our cars are going to be almost identical mechcanically? I'm even planning on going the next step and making a fake Blackbird out of it... I'll probably pick up the wheels later this summer.

I got tired of changing wheels at the track.

I figured if it's raining, I'm not driving it.. so no reason not to run DRs all the time on it. I can't wait to try them out at the track.

I loved that exhaust too, best catback available in my opinion. Always wanted to do a true dual using that system just a little modified.

Looking great Zeke!!

Thanks everyone, it was a lot of work to get it looking like that.. about 7 hours of polishing, but it really stands out from behind the car, and sounds awesome. I just want it to be louder now, and those headers should do the trick. And yeah, Doug, when you get on it, the way the tone changes is incredible. God I love the way this car sounds now.

I had to take a reciprocating saw to the old exhaust to get it out, and I had to drop both PHBs to get it in there. The installation instructions from GMMG must be made for someone who has access to air tools and a lift, because there's no way you can get that kind of angle with the car on jackstands.

Once I rethought how to put it in, it was a piece of cake, but if you do it the way they suggest, it's damn near impossible.

I think the only bitch about having it polished like that is now it's gonna drive me nuts if it even gets a speck of dirt on it.

Damn I love that exhaust, looks great all polished up.

I pulled my stock exhaust out in one piece, then cut it up with a sazall. I like doing things the hard way.

Hey, that sway bar has some black stuff on it. Let's get that cleaned off pronto!

Looks great Zeke!

I acutally polished my Magnaflow up before I installed it. Never thought I'd do something like that to my daily driver.

Actually, the black stuff is permanently there, it won't come off. If I want it to look as good as the rest, I will have to replace the sway bar.. which I will probably do at some point. That's sardog's old sway bar kit on there, so it's seem some pretty hard use.
