you will probably need some valve springs and new pushrods too (that's over $300)

good luck

+10 I'd do some research and figure out everything you need for a cam swap before getting started. The last thing you want is to find while you're knee deep in it that you need a part that is NOT in stock at any local parts store. Then you'll be down for days.

I know he is selling the cam now due to selling the car but it's just a hotcam so why the 'need for pushrods. Yea if you go driving the car to it's limit all the time ok...but for a driver that gets on it once and a while I'd even consider leaving the stock springs.

I'm running basically stock and swapping out the pushrods now. I'll bring an example of why to the track Friday...

I wouldn't consider bent pushrods normal especially on a HotCam's lift though.

Springs, pushrods and an oil pump are a no brainer if you're doing a cam swap. Timing set too if you're gonna have it apart for a cam swap. I don't think I'd want to test the stock springs on a hotcam or any aftermarket cam for that matter.
