Tough question. There are major costs involved with both. The HG's are ready to go the way they are. The block is just that. A block. Your going to need to invest money to make the block worth while. But you'll need to invest money in the HG's to keep them worth while. 6 of one, half dozen of the other... Cant we have them both? 
I'd have to break it down like this. The tall one on the right I'd leave out just because she's reminds me of my wife. Tall, dark hair, size 1 when we married. So if your going to play you dont go with the same thing you've been playing with for 10 years.
The blonde has that easy going smile that says to me: I'm very fun to be with, I'm warm sensual and a tigress in bed.
The short one (Fran?) is jusy plain BAM!! POW!! Look out, you better have it together or you could get hurt.
I would take either one.
