Pics from Bremerton - 5/12/07 You woulda thought it was All-Pontiac Day with the way the Ponchos were representing for the race today... The track wasn't real crowded, so it made for a really kick *** day at Bremerton...
I got a lot of nice pics
And to once and for all soundly disprove that you need to drive a 18-second automatic car to do well in the brackets..
11-second street-legal car.. check
6-speed manual.. check
Driven to the track... check
Quick reaction times...check
Consistent driver... check
Put them all together, and you get the result depicted in the last few pics.

I don't know if you guys can even imagine how awesome this weekends track events have been for me.
breaking into the 11's friday, shaving another .3 sat
cutting my first 1.7 60' on fri
bringing it down to a 1.555
and getting a trophy
I'm sooo stoked

I had a great time out at the track and got quite a few good pictures of the F-body crew that was out. I still need to go through and do some post processing, but I'll get them up in the next day or so. I wish I remembered names better, but I'm terrible about it.
Here's a little teaser, I had been looking at the right front and thought "nope, not off the ground. Didn't even see that I got this picture...

Operation nose lift? I see sun-light.
Trying to pull the nose again on a gear change
this scoob sounded vicious launching off the limiter.
proper tools are an important part of getting the job done...
Like a good spatula... err screwdriver.
