Default Anyone Need an LT1?

http://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/pts/553036530.html

We went and looked at it last night and I got a new SS hood, FINALLY!

It has a brand new nose and drivers side front fender (primered only), good door glass and the drivers side of the car is still good. The passenger side is totalled as you can see by the pictures. The engine and transmission alone are worth what he's asking for the whole thing! $2500 It's also got 3 painted 10 spoke SS wheels.

Hope you were not injured. That looks like it was a sweet car before. Sorry about your loss.

I have talked to the owner a few times he shifted from 2nd to 3rd and the rear tires back pedaled and that caused him to swing around and caught the rear end on a stump

it goes to show how well these cars hold up in a crash, well I should say how well they protect the driver. The only thing that happened to me out of this was a bruise on my left arm and my back was a little stiff for a few days. I had that car for 7 1/2 years and I do have to say that out of all of the cars I have owned I had more fun in that one than any others. It sucks about the car but like so many people have said at least I walked away, cars can be replaced
