Default Emission Law Question
If i have my vehicle registered in Florida, me being Military i am exempt from Washington emissions, correct? Im sure this can be found on the internet somewhere, ive just been working for 16hours today and im too lazy to search for it. Thanks ahead of time

i would say yes. i'm usaf. my cars have North Dakota plates and i'm thankfully not subject to Utah emission laws
