Florida: 11-14 Hot Dogs & Cool Cats 2009 Sixth Annual Car Show I Plan on Showing my LS2 RX-7 and thought I would see if any other people would like to meet up.

On Saturday, the 14th of November, the Humane Society of Marion County will hold the sixth annual Cars, Trucks and Bike Show at the McPherson County Complex on 25th Avenue in Ocala, Florida.
Vehicles will be able to enter the event for registration at 8:00am.
Hot Dogs & Cool Cats is going to be a family and pet friendly event where the best in all categories of vehicles will be on display and will compete for awards in each class. Music, food, vendors, crafts, entertainment and various drawings will be featured throughout the day. Trophies will be awarded in classes from Pre WW 2 up to the present for cars and trucks with bike classes of Domestic, Foreign and Custom. The awards will be Best in Categories and People’s Choice in Categories as well as an overall Best in Show. Judging will begin at 1:00pm with awards presented at 3:00pm.
The pre-registration fee is $15.00 per vehicle before 11/06/09 and $20.00 at the gate.
There will be a pre-show bike ride that will start at the Marion County Sheriff’s Department Substation on Hwy. 301/441 north of Hwy 326 and will end at the event. Those wishing to participate in the judging may enter at that time. There is no additional fee to do so. Registration will start at 9:00am with kickstands up at 10:00am sharp.
We are asking you to join us in this worthwhile event. Your participation will help the thousands of unwanted and abused animals entrusted to our care. The Humane Society relies solely on special events such as this and from donations from individuals to provide food, shelter and medical care needed for these special animals.
