Default got hit yesterday

went to go pick a pizza up as im leaving im driving down the main isle of this strip mall when a 72 year old lady in a escape pulls out into the side of my car she got me pretty good
sorry for large pics





her insurance is going to pay my deductable so they say.
no one was issued a ticket it was on private property

her insurance is going to pay your *deductible?!* why?

if that's a real insurance company and she's truly at fault, they ought to be _paying_to_get_it_fixed_, not having you use your insurance. that sounds fishy.

you do know there's a fairly good chance your company will up your rates for doing that, don't you?

yea you should not have to get penalized for her mistake. i would throw up the b.s flag on that.

always call the cops... and get a statement signed from the officer and other person... you need some kinda paperwork or its he said she said...
