Hatch questions I'm considering changing out my formula hatch for a trans am one, and I'm wondering how the hatch is attached to the car. If it's something I can do at home, I will, and would really like to know how to remove and replace the new one. Images would also help. thanks in advance.

pop the hatch open and there should be 4 bolts on the hinges that go into the hatch unscrew them and the hatch will come off. make sure that before you do this that you take off the hatch struts. usually a 2 man operation so that nothing goes wrong. and for the glass you might have to have a professional glass guy do it. removal and installation of the hatch is something you can do at home.
