Default Where to get new sail panel

I just got my car painted about 2 months ago. Bubbled the first time so they sanded the whole sail panel down to nothing after i told them it was just gonna happen again. Anyways its looked good till today right on top in the middle i noticed where it looks like a huge bubble popped or actually spllit. It looks horrible. I'm just gonna replace the whole panel. Wheres the best place to get one. Thanks

Does anyone have pictures of this known problem. My 94 (which has been sitting in the sun for 2 yrs) has what looks like the clear coat peeling away up there. I want to make sure its not what everyone is actually referring to as "bubbling".

What years were affected?

99-02 are the normal years for bubbling.
It looks like blisters, with gooey stuff inside, not just normal paint failure.

I looked and I didn't see anything on there. I dont think you can get the panel off without destroying it.
