well, it takes roughly a gallon to paint a whole car, factor in primer, sealer.and clear....humm? i would say about a total of 30 lbs...thats about the weirdest question i have seen thus far!

yeah actually i guess paint will weigh more wet than dry.
You could just take a small amount of auto paint, weigh it wet (on a gram scale or letter scale), let it dry and then weigh it again to find how much difference.
I'm guessing 20-30 lbs including primer, color, and clear maybe less even

paints going to weigh more wet. also you have to figure in that your not going to use every last ounce of it either. and when you spray out of a gun you have overspray thats not going onto the car. id say 30lbs depending on what your putting on it.
