Let's see some rear hatch Manta stripes Hey guys, I got my Manta painted on (without the pin stripe) about 9 months ago. I'm not a big fan of the rear stripe or pin stripes, so I never bothered doing either one.
Now, a couple of my friends have the sticker kit and the hood stripe looks ok but it's pin stripped....the hatch stripes are pin stripped too...AND they dont go all the way around the SS spolier. (just on top of the spoiler, an on the hatch)
Do any of you guys have your stripe painted on?...with and without pinstripes? ...does anyone have the stripe completely around the spoiler? I'm debating striping the rear and maybe doing the pinstripe too...and doing a custom hand pin stripe up front.
Would it look bad if i only pin striped the rear and not the hood?
Can I see pics of your rear hatch stripe....or even if you've done custom pinstriping? (like a flame or words or anythingh cool as a pinstripe)

]Here are a few of my car. I free handed these on so they are not form a pattern or anything but should give you a good idea, I don't have a bunch on good shots form the back but could get some if you want in a couple of days.

i would love to get this painted on when my car gets repainted in a year or so. i can't find it, but there is a guy who had the rear painted and painted everything in the middle of the spoiler.

np bro. i think your manta would look killer with a custom pin stripe. you can pick up the rear decals for about $25 and drive around with them for a few weeks to see if you like them

I think your friend is the best addition to your car lol. I like how your car is now, but if you do the rear manta stipe dont put a pin stipe around it unless you do the too. That way both ends have the pin stripe and match.

I totally agree, but I dont think she'd like it very much, lol.
As for the manta, I'm debating pinstriping the rear, and then doing a pin stripe by hand on the hood to match. I just think the pin strip makes the car look "classy" and it isn't.....to me it's fast, not elegant.
I also think I wont like the rear strip to be all black with no stripe, it might be too much black in one spot.
does anyone have custom pinstriping instead of a boring line? should I pin stripe mine with a custom design...front and back??

yeah,, if you dont do the pin stripe in the back mike... i am gona sell the bird and leave the f-body community, for good .. i will be too ashamed...
