Good progress, would you mind saying what process you used to get to that point. I had my bumber repainted about a year ago, to find out it had been painted about 10 different times/colors. Obviously it's chipped to hell and back and looks like ****. Every shop around here is going to charge out the *** to strip it all the way down so I'd like to give it a try.
The shops around here only want insurance work most of the time, can't blame them though.

i used 80gr, 150gr, 220gr then primed it then 400gr. after the primer and befor paint i used a swcuff pad. when useing the 80gr make sure you dont rub into the plastic bumper cuz you might not be able to get out the sanding marks. i did all by hand too. just takes time. i also did the head light covers same steps but i rempved all the paint.

That looks really good, I might have to do mine. I had a piece of tire hit my front end on the same spot and it completely f'd my paint. How many coats did you spray?

i payed $86 for the spray gun kit. the pay was under $150. you dont have to add flex add with 2days new pain. 3 coats of paint 2 of clear.

i still need to play with the head light covers.

Default good job

looks good from what i can see, i'm about to do the same thing with the rear bumper of my car, i took it today and got 3 different estimates, the cheapest 1 was $275, so for about $90 bucks the guy at a paint shop said i could do it, that includes everything needed

Wow! $150, I can only imagine what a shop would charge to do this. Where did you get your paint from?
