Vinyl Stripes and Fresh Paint...
Ok well my LT1 WS6 hood is getting painted in about a week and I planned on doing the blackbird style stripes in Matte Black, do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I get the vinyl stripes put on or can they go on a day or so after I get it back? Just wondering if the paint has to cure or anything before I can get the stripes. Thanks!

paint usually takes about 30 days to cure in decent weather---you can stripe it right away but remember that palm prints will show the first couple days --i'd give it about 3 days to be safe

I'd wait atleast a month. You go and throw a big decal on over fresh material your locking in the substrates (reducer, hardenders, ect.) that need to be evaporated out and will intern cause sovent pop.
