I recently got into a slight wreck with only body damage. My dad said these tools would work. Can anyone tell me what they are and how to use them? I need to fix this

Well the one is a slide hammer and the other one looks like some kind of a tool to put on the end of it to smack the dent from the back side. But I hate ot tell you that isn't gonna work. You need a uni spotter, which welds a small nail like stud to the bare metal and you use a slide hammer made to clamp onto the stud and then you slowly yank it out.
