Will a 96 Lt1 Formula rear bumper bolt right up to a 98 Trans am??

Looking to confirm this.. I believe there the same other then the bottoms of them but am looking to put a 96 formula rear bumper on a 98 trans am with no trouble... Thanks for the input..

I don't think anything changed back there with mounting points/etc.

Yes all rear body panels are interchangeable on all 93-02 firebirds. as well as all 93-02 camaros. The fronts are whats different. Why are you putting a base bumper on a Trans Am? Not scrutinizing or judging, just curious. If its for a drag car, in case you didnt know, they make drag bumpers with openings for wheelie bars. Dont mean to assume, its just every other time ive seen this is was for a drag set up.

Its a buddies car.. Has dumps on it now and he just wants to clean the back of the car up..

Default Is the TA rear bumper FS?

LMK if your buddy will sell that TA bumper, I want to swap out my 96 Formula's rear bumper with a rear bumper from a TA.
