Let me guess, the car is from the southeast part of the US? From those pics it look like someone left love bug splatter residue on the front of the car and they are baked on. Do they feel like they are on top of the paint or down below? If down below your screwed, repaint. If their on top a good detail shop may be able to save you. Good luck. Better pics would help.

i have the same problem..its generally from dirt roads or rocks. but also it could be from bugs that have been on the car for a while. not sure how to make them go away other than repaint..then just keep it clean

I would start with clearcoat compound and if that doesn't work get more and more aggressive with white, then red compound and if need be, 2000 grit wetsanding paper until it is gone. Just be careful not to go through the clear!

Well I don't know what happened to the OP, but If your clear is chipped use touch up paint to fill in the chips until they are at least level with the paint then sand them flat with 2000 grit wetsanding paper then compound, wax and your done!

you can cover that by just having someone sand whole bumper with 600 then paint and clear

The only way to fix this is to paint it. Sorry but I am a painter and I have seen it a thousand times. Buffing probably won't do any good
