first i know my car was in a wreck before i bought it also before i deployed i noticed the driverside fender was off color. when i was home i kept the car extremely clean all the time but the person who is taking care of it obviously isnt as careing about it as i am and she recently told me that there was mold growing on the fender. i was wondering what would make it do that and if i would have to get it repainted to fix it. The car sits in the sun in fl which is why im kind of confused as to why to mold would be there.
