Default Clearcoat on Bumper Peeling - spot paint?

The clearcoat is peeling off a spot on my bumper.

Could I lightly wetsand it and spot paint it with some clearcoat?

I know it won't look very good, but it might keep it from peeling any further...

If it is peeling then it's possible that it won't feather-edge out when sanding it. I wouldn't recommend trying to spot paint it at all unless you are knowledgeable in doing so because you can easily create more problems by trying to do that yourself. My suggestion is to save a little money and have it repainted completely. It will save you alot of headache and time in the long run!!!!!!
