weatherstriping gap I got a pretty good sized gap between my window and the weather stripping on the passenger side at the bottom/back. Suggestions on how to fix this?

you couldn't really see well in pics so I took a video of each side. Upon further inspection the drivers side has a gap as well, although not as large. It only is gapping at the back of the window on the lower half (below where the window takes like a 45 deg angle).
