Question Fender Liner Replacement

I have a 2000 Trans Am WS6, what are the steps to replace the front fender liners and is there an instruction manual anywhere? Anyone done this before, and where did you order the parts?

Help is appreciated!

Thanks!

I did this several years ago on my '02 car. There were 3 push-pins to remove (I was not able to reuse them) and 2 or 3 screws I think. The job is pretty straight forward. I bought the replacement push-pins and new liners at a local GM dealer.

One thing I do remember was that the new liners did not have holes pre-drilled for the screws. I think I just laid the new liner over the old one (once removed), and pushed the screws through from the back side to make a mark were the holes needed to be drilled.

Thanks! Did you have any installation instructions and did you have to remove the fender?

There is no need to remove the fender at all, but you will need to remove the wheels.

There are no real instructions for this job. It's very straight forward. Just be careful not to damage the paint on the fender lip when you're pulling out the push-pins.
