my birds left rear feathers were plucked a lil some bitch hit my car yesterday, is this fixable or just replace the qtr?
her ins is paying for it so whats the best way?

it should be fixable without replaceing the 1/4 just make sure someone who knows what they are doing fix's it and doesnt throw a **** load of bondo on there and call it a day.

they will only "paint" that corner, and clear the rest, thats what blending is. some shops go through it quick, so if you do have your bumper blended make sure its R&I-ed and thoroughly cleaned as not to have little pieces of tar and such cleared over
