Default Bumper repair. Do now or ok to wait till spring??

Ok everyone Ill admit this doesnt involve my LS1, but rather my new Corolla S. Truck stopped short in front of me and I wasnt able to stop fast enough (thanks 15 degree weather and snow). Anyway, I just tapped the truck enough to push in the license plate and just dent the bumper above it slightly.

I know you can remove the bumper and heat it up from the backside, try to undent it and go from there on paint etc, but should that be done ASAP? Will the bumper have better "memory" and have a better chance popping out within a few days or can I wait till spring when its not freezing out??

Any insight would be appriciated!

I would say do it as soon as possible. If you wait until spring the bumper memory will be lost and the new shape will remain.
Get yourself a heat gun if you don't have one and get that dent out.
