Arrow Starfire paint?

Has anybody ever used Starfire paint? I searched around on google but couldn't really find any reviews.
This will be my first time painting a car. I'm not expecting a $5,000 professional looking paint job, just something that looks nice.

Here is what I found which seems to include everything needed (I think): http://www.paintforcars.com/kits_5st...rjetblack.html

Second part to the question... will a gallon (4 quarts) of paint be enough? A camaro doesn't seem like it would take too much paint considering it's only a 2door with mostly all glass on the top half of the car (t-tops/windows/windsheilds). I don't plan on painting the door jams or under the hood.
