Question about protecting the nose from bugs

Default Question about protecting the nose from bugs

since i dont have the money for that clear film on the front bumper what else can i do to protect it from bugs? we have alot of bugs down here since i travel right next to the everglades and im going on a road trip and i know it'll be covered by the time i go back and forth, so what else will work to keep them off or limited? glad wrap lol. just need some remedies thats not going to kill the bank. thanks

There is guy on ebay that sells that clear bra stuff in roll form pretty cheap, I was thinking about buying some and trying to create some type of template, you might look there. He sells them pre made for the 2010 but nothing for 4th gen's.

I have seen guys use painters tape on long trips.

dont want to spend money really so might try glad wrap and some painters tape or something.

No idea if it affects the paint or not, but I've heard of people rubbing a dryer sheet on the front bumper so the bug guts and road grime don't "stick" so to speak.

ive used clear plasti dip... it works well but you have to clean the **** out of the bumper and wax it... put on a couple of light coats then go heavy so it peels off easily.. protect areas from overspray, thin mist is hard to remove.
