Default Painting 95 T/A and needing some advise

I was wondering if I am going to need a adhesion promoter on my front bumper, fenders, and rear bumper? I have the front bumper sanded down to the material. Also I am going to use SEM flex primer and was wondering if I am going to need a flex agent in the paint and/or clear also?

If you are sanding it down to the ureathane you will need some sort of adhesion promoter and mold release agent. Bulldog makes a decent product.

You will need a flex agent for the clear not the base. I am not familiar with the SEM flex primer so I can't comment on that.

Your fine with the sem flex primer and bulldog is the best out there as far as a promoter. Oem bumber covers that come from the factory as raw plastic all need adhesive promoter so make sure u apply bulldog or a similar product otherwise the paint will peel off over time.
