Issue with the sail panel peeling up.
Im working on an 01' SS Camaro and Im having the issue with the sail panel starting to bubble and peel up. Has ANYONE found a fix to this. I had this very same issue on my 02' WS6 and I had a great local body shop repaint it twice only to have the bubbling effect come up again... PLEASE HELP GUYS.. ITS FREAKING UGLY, and even worse, GM has completely discontinued the part...

Welcome to the club. It has to be replaced. The one mentioned above is the best bet. They are very hard to find, if you can find one. As you know, repainting won't help. It's the adhesive that was used. Thanks GM

Yeah as mentioned there is no way to save the original panel.
When you do replace the panel, make sure to get all the old glue off before gluing down the new one. You don't want it to happen to your new panel down the road!
I suspect I'll have to replace mine eventually. My 98 had no issues because it was right before the glue switch, but I'm getting a 99 shortly and while it shows no problems yet I'm sure it will eventually
